I want to get opinions from seasoned RE investors about home warranties.

Yes, There are some shorter time frames on 1031 exchange you have to use a seasoned 1031 company.

We have high inventory and we’re nearing the end of the leasing season, which starts to cool off after September.

Distance makes investing more challenging, as does seasonal occupancy and governments which operate differently and/or are less stable than our own(though our own government has not been a paragon of stability lately.)By investing in the Caribbean, you’re adding those challenges plus you’re throwing in the occasional hurricane.  

But I am fairly seasoned investor/flipper so I knew what I was getting into... and was able to identify that it was still a fairly good deal ( that is $230K below market price)Although, my experience went fairly smooth so far...

@Ryan Lee there are no seasoning loan programs out there.

In some cases investors were mere dishwashers and hospitality staff at the prominent Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills and lured to invest buy another worker Surya Aparajita.

Now, if you do decide to pull money from your current home, most lenders would prefer to see some "seasoning" of funds in your bank account.
