If you’re getting 20-30% under market you’re paying 10-20% (a couple hundred per month) for the privilege of being able to do all the work yourself.

The new Broker license has the same privileges of the previous Salesperson license category, but requires additional education to include 90 hours of pre-license education, 15 of which must be interactive (classroom or webinar) and 30 hours of post-license education.

However, when I take the book and page information (grantor-grantee) that is available for deed related transactions on the assessor's website and plug it into the "non-subscriber county court/recorder website" it indicates that there is no information for the book and pages that I referenced for either parcel, even on their index...which should be there if it exists.As a realtor with MLS privileges in that local area, a realtor could pull up data on any property and track the mortgage history, right?

I love my dogs but having a pet in a rental is a privilege not a right.I would definitely include at minimum an additional pet deposit to cover potential damages or a nonrefundable charge to cover things like carpet cleaning/deodorizing.

 congratulations Andrew   in the last 2 years we have been forced to almost withdraw from the Toledo market because we could not find property management that we could work with remotely and sleep at night.............I had the privilege to meet Andrew and see the work he was doing  am overjoyed to say the least  and cant wait to re contact with him so we can get up and running again in this great market
