Hi Nik,He may be worried about Tenant Synergy.By Synergy I mean Tenant Mix:Shopping center A has a Big Grocery Store, and a Burger King, and a Pet Smart.Shopping center B has a Storage facility, a Burger King and a Pet Smart.All else being equal, which Burger King will probably have more sales and be more likely to continue with their lease there?

This is a pet peeve of mine . ..I’ve heard many times on here of heating and cooling units failing because the filters weren’t changed or units not inspected etc .. folks you can’t rely on tenants to do this stuff and you can’t force them to pay for upkeep of the systems .

Once a landlord gets into leaving "a somewhat decent bottle of wine" and any sort of Martha Stewart branded product for a tenant (@Jill F. you made me laugh out loud), I just have to throw up my hands and walk away from all this aspirational parvenu nonsense.The very best wine I've had in my life was sold for ten euros for a 1.5 liter PET water bottle of it out of a big old glass νταμιτζάνα in my second cousin's buddy's shed on a tiny Greek island you've never heard of.

I have customized my lease to me, so the only thing I ever put N/A is the pet fee if they don't have pets.I would recommend you do the same.
