How to correctly fill a lease.
Hello guys, Going over my first lease agreement. I bought a property a while back and I am about to rent it. I had a very general and perhaps dumb question regarding the lease. I bought the biggerpockets one and not everything is applicable.
I was wondering if fill in the blank spots can be left blank if they are not applicable in a lease?
If not what is the proper way to fill them? like N/A or crossing over them
I am new at this as you can tell.
Thanks for the help.
