This area is a hot spot for real estate deals, as we target College/University areas.

Hotel/Motel marketPCB, Great Smokies, Disney, etc...incredible vacation hot-spots and lots of opportunity for STR, but you will have significant competition and you should be careful about buying too high. 

The hot spots are incredibly busy during the traditional summer months but don't expect much between October and April.
