I am supposedly, my agent does not inspire confidence, going into contract today on a 6 Family unit a bit outside of the area outlined. 

I made the repairs and rented the home out without knowing these issues were outstanding (I genuinely don’t remember seeing the tags on the door).

I just want genuinely say thank you and being a 22 year old man you guys are really helping me out figure this all out and just want to let you know not all hero’s wear capes..

This can be accomplished through genuinely getting to know the investors and having them complete an investor qualification questionnaire.Depending on the amount available from the 1031 some syndicators would entertain a Tenants In Common (TIC) partner; this includes non-accredited/sophisticated investors.

Hey BP members, my name is Jesse, and I'm a inspiring investor.I recently looked into self storage, and I have noticed some investors repurpose old retail centers as climate controlled storage.

I was never inspired by those motivational posters popularized in the late 90s either, and instead had many a belly laugh at the demotivational posters that they inspired.Am I just too boring and jaded to have success?

@Matt Castle I wish I spent more time initially getting my contacts organized and doing a better job at following up with people not only to let them know what I do but genuinely catching up for old time sake, I also should have started with a larger brokerage to learn their processes/workflows, then I could have  applied those steps to my own Brokerage.
