Hey I love the feedback & knowledge I get back from everybody in the forum when I write a post.. I just want genuinely say thank you and being a 22 year old man you guys are really helping me out figure this all out and just want to let you know not all hero’s wear capes.. Thank You I’m having a lil trouble looking for 2 unit and 4 unit buildings.. I’m not a single home type of guy & I really want my first & only investments to be in small buildings I can convert to a 2 or 4 unit or 4 units already built.. I don’t know if it’s because theirs none on the market right now or I’m not looking in the right place.. I know in real estate it’s all about consistency and timing and dedication.. I would love tips from others who mostly buy rental units & not single homes..
