I don't see a need for much past the loan amount, interest rate, payment amount & frequency.

Some custodians have stopped accepting single member LLCs as IRA investments all together.The frequency of profit distributions should be spelled out in the LLC's operating agreement, I would consult with an attorney relative to any requirements that may be in place.It should also be noted that there are special provisions in place when a multi-member LLC with IRA investors attempts to secure financing for purchases.

Cost recovery issues (frequency of cleaning, repairs & maintenance, etc), insurance, etc.

Then they bill the cleaning company if they have to spend time cleaning something that should have been done in the first place.As far as frequency I think it depends on your business. 

I also sent SMS frequency to ON under notifications.

Curt - Do you know what the allotted frequency is?

If I could send out 1,000 mailers a month would it be better to:

A: Have 1 list of 1,000 people and mail to them every month

OR

B: Have 1 list of 3,000 people and mail to them quarterly

...

Lower frequency should cut down on costs.  

The frequency is determined by the amount owed.As my parting thoughts on this thread, I strongly urge you to seek competent professional advice on this.
