It could even be worse for landlords, because a landlord is violating terms of service could mean freezing the account, unless the landlord is using a paid merchant account.

Also note, I did look into rate and term as well as a cash out refi to put some of the equity to use and/or enable the unit to cash flow and reduce the interest rate but ultimately the current state of Seattle, their rent freezes and anti-small landlord doctrines forced my hand.Question (finally...I apologize):  Is it possible to 1031 gains from a sold property into an interest in a syndication if you're a passive investor and not the sponsor?

It never would have been needed in the first place if he hadn’t made me transfer payment to him in a sketchy way that caused my bank to freeze my account for three weeks. after that he just stopped taking money from me, got angry when I tried to have the hopwa program pay him what was at the time only two weeks late, and directed his bank to ban me from doing business or making deposits. how here it is almost April and the $455 that I was ready and able to pay him on January 4, as well as she $800 for January has ballooned into $2855...soon to be $3455. the frustrating part is that I’ve had the money to pay him each month and still do.

I have forced hot water for heat and the high efficiency boiler in my basement (fairly new) has been failing and needs to be fixed before the coming heating season.I also have concrete pillars that I need to repair or replace in front of my house before the ground freezes ( a car took them out, and I'd like that protection again since my house seems to have a bullseye on it....need some kind of fencing/barrier system ASAP.THanks in advance for suggestions!

The ground floor units sit above the basement boiler so the floors are always warm & the basement is very dry & no risk of freezing pipes.Adding 'wording in the lease' is NOT going to make a difference, but so far ours have all been great tenants.
