I would highly recommend to have female input in interior designs; wife's often make the final call about making an offer and I have seen guys build houses that are way to masculine in design - dark tile bathroom or kitchn etc.. 

You guys are way too mean to the poor lady. lol  And then some of you will turn around accuse me of being a nasty person and a sexiest, when I am mean to some female, who actually deserves it. 

Just to mix things up, I wouldn't be surprised to see them add a female or minority voice to the podcast.
