If I wanted fringe benefits, or to shift as much of my life expenses as possible to pre-tax, I'd probably just buy or start some kind of marketing consulting firm that specializes in taking clients to fancy brunches with a home office and a vehicle.

Most likely when your GC gives you a quote they are pricing out "contractor grade" (standard nothing fancy) selections and will not always fit your criteria of what you want to ultimately choose in the end.  

Nothing fancy, but that should help cut down on water usage as well.

Does get weird though, I was once at a fancy fund raiser deal and some attorneys I knew from high school were trying to convince me to go back to school to become a lawyer like them.

@Terri Hoffort:Hi Terri,It might fit into the neighborhood better, if a lot of people also have railings--or start a neighborhood railing trend.And the under porch fancy stuff, typically gets nailed on from behind the porch floor beam vs in front of it, and the bottom should miss the dirt by a few inches to prevent decay.Access--there is usually a window in the basement you can get through under there, or have one of the sides hinged so it swings up out of the way, because if leaves accumulate under there you (might) want to remove them.Good Luck!

We have food restrictions so eating out is really difficult its healthier to cook our own with an occasional treat in a fancy place where they don't mind adjusting the menu.

Their lousy motivated seller harvesting strategy is not working so they get a membership with propstream or some fancy software, or a new fancy gadget that lets them send a mailer just by taking a picture of the house.DUDE seriously... they simply do not understand how conversions workNO friggin Gadget is going to work.

Nothing fancy or difficult about the main panel or number of breakers -- it's a main panel easily accessible in the front of the house.I'm pretty sure these guys seeing that we just bought this place/what we paid for it and then wildly inflating their prices thinking we'll pay it.
