I'm going to be in CA at the CEA conference Oct 19-22 will you be attending?

I know I must conduct my own due diligence but I'm never too good to ask for help.

Salt Lake has some seasonal vacation demand for skiing, Sundance Film Festival, various conferences downtown.Has anyone had success in holding property for this purpose?

And if you screen them yourself, do not neglect the important step of conducting a thorough rental history - not only evictions but look for a history of late pays and screen for three day notices issued by previous landlords. 

I do commercial only but learned some of these tips when I went to conference and talked with an older couple that had listed high end homes for 20 years.Good luck.

Only attorneys or title companies may act as trustees to conduct the foreclosure process.  

I'm certain that TVA runs background checks for employment, most likely security clearances, they probably have a policy of professional conduct and expectations of character for certified professionals. 

I belong to the Local REIA and Landlord Association here in Philadelphia where you can conduct a lot of great Due Diligence.

I believe I have a gist of how to complete a double closing, I just want to be completely sure. Do you recommend I use an agent for myself after I get the property under contract? Or should I just list it myself "for ...
