Hows it going everyone. I've heard plenty of great things about BP and finally decided to take the plunge. I've owned 1 property(condo) for 10+ years. Recently, I made the decision to really dive in and increase my real estate education. I'm very interested in general investing, multi-family, and wholesaling. I would also like to attend local meet-up's and link up with realtors and investors along the way.

I'm coming in with an open mind and a closed mouth. I have a lot to learn and look forward to the veteran information on this site. I believe the DMV has plenty of opportunity and would appreciate it if someone that has experience in the DMV area or just overall experience in real estate investing as a whole could chime in and help me with what I don't know. I know I must conduct my own due diligence but I'm never too good to ask for help. I look forward to the new relationships and overall experience. Thanks!

JB
