The right solution depends a lot on the compass orientation and climate.

In your climate you could probably make due with a less expensive unit and still maintain a similar HSPF.

The pool will vary by the climate weather of the state and county the property is being purchased in.

While books and courses are great, it is impossible for them to cover every possible detail or risk that may come up in a real estate deal, especially given the current market and legislative climates.

What I'm looking for is small restaurant/bar/guesthouse on the sea, somewhere in the world, though tropical climate is a must.

Keeping in mind it does drive up maintenance costs that must be covered by those higher rents.Mandatory in a high end rental in hot climates, welfare tenants can up their daily intake of beers.
