like judy parker from new jersey said ,you landlords in new york have to get together.our landlord chapter in wisconsin is getting all our chapters together and talking with are local reia groups together to put extra money toward our lobbyist and the state capital and going to try to get all our members to call our local rep at state to say are say in this matter.because we donot want somebody to submit a bill like your politition.but really we should start a grassroots national group that just lobbyist us on the national scene.
