Most likely looking at paint, cabinets, some minor upgrades and now probably the kitchen floor.

It then takes 6 months detailing out the plumbing, electrical, hvac, interior walls and finish, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, paint etc.The metal shell is a hindrance unless you really want to tow it around ...alot, as even some trailer rv's use wood framing.

I also use it as a way to track every receipt, it has an ARV section, I have a cabinet budget tab, scope of work sheets… I love Excel!!

Kitchen cabinet measurement/layout was WRONG.

Most improvements will be just cosmetics such as flooring, kitchen(cabinets, countertops etc.), lighting etc.

I’ve made substantial improvements to the property (flooring, texture, interior and exterior paint, total bathroom remodel, painted cabinets, new carpet, crown and base, new doors).

Replacing kitchen cabinets and counter tops to not only look professional, but to also do so without spending an arm and a leg. 

They are not desperately in need of being refinished, but they definitely look worn.2) Update the kitchen by adding some new cabinets, replacing the appliances and doing a new (composite) countertop.

They would often have fresh killed meat(s) hanging in dry curing cabinets they made & it was very tender.

(Like in the back of base cabinets or behind appliances.)
