Your loan officer is a slacker.Before I even send it to underwriting, as a standard thing every single time I will write the LOE (letter of explanation) for my clients listing every address on their credit report, and just shoot it to them for a signature after "checking for accuracy" (I send it as a word doc, so if they want to tell their life story or whatever when they are "checking for accuracy," they are welcome to).All random addresses appearing: " - I lived here from _________ to _________."

@Alli McGee I just started playing around with all that is there, which is a lot, and on the rental calculator I put in several of my managed properties and noticed very considerable variances from rents we are actually getting, upwards of 30%+ deviation in accuracy

Tim Thornton I looked at AirDNA but have read various opinions about the accuracy of that so I also spent time looking at other short term rentals on the west side and talking with a good friend and fellow agent who has a fourplex she does short term rentals with nearby.
