I have set up a google voice number that will forward directly to my partners phone just so I can more easily keep track of the calls that do come in.

I have advertised in several and there is nothing wrong with them, you just have to know when reading them that the point of the magazine is to provide marketing space for companies.One that I think provides great content from real estate investors is "REI Voice".

Sounds like you're already doing this energetically (via voice)... just need to practice getting that into a different medium and laid out effectively.

As an additonal capability setup up a Google Voice and they can leave a message as well, that can transcribe and send you an email/text. as well.
