I was scrolling through Zillow and found a 5 bedroom 2 bath home listed at $215,000.

I've read and learned quite a lot while scrolling through this site, and figured I'd create an open forum to (hopefully) offer some help and advice back to the BP community.Personally, I have owned a single family portfolio, small multifamily, airbnbs, managed SPV/funds, invested in 25+ syndications as both a general partner and limited partner.

If the first picture is great that will of-course lead to more people clicking to see more, instead of just scrolling past.

@Abdul Azeez if it is in the MLS you can locate the listing on Realtor.com and scroll down to History.

If it's important to you to speak with the listing agent directly, scroll down to the "Overview" section and the listing agent's name and brokerage will be listed there but with no contact information.

I have signed out, signed in, scrolled through the forums to try and find the posts.  

Install the phone app and you can scroll by title to find various episodes for areas of real estate that may interest you.
