Recovering 20K in back rent
Hi all,
After 21/2 years, I finally have a court date next week to evict my non-paying tenant. This tenant has been on disability (questionable back injury) for 5 years with no evidence of covid hardship. Since he hasn’t paid rent for the last 21/2 years, I have witnessed him with at least 4 new motorcycles. Can anyone recommend a collection agency? Would that be the best way to recover my losses? Thanks!
