I started out looking at multi-units with promising cash flows. 

And those positive messages have really contributed to my happiness and optimistic outlook on life.

Some people have different mind-sets and outlooks/perspectives on different things in life.

I did work on the homes but mainly I was out looking for the next projects, costing them out and getting financing. 

I started out looking for land, since many advertisers claim they'll do a seller carry, no credit check, and I could easily afford to do that.

For example:$50k per door in RE, so lets say you should be investing only in stocks with a P/E of 10 or lower, with generous EPS outlook.

Yeah, those seminars might be boogus but sometimes they give a different outlook on things even WO buying into the program.

I've felt lucky that all of my RE ventures thus far have gone somewhat well ( I went in expecting nightmares but was willing to give it a try anyways) and changed my financial outlook and attitude in life.
