The second floor unit has its own laundry room, and the first floor unit uses the laundry in the basement.  

I recently spent some time around all my Cincy properties and the very first thing I ran into was one of the laundry sinks running.

Installed granite counter top and managed to save original cabinets, refinished floors, added in unit laundry which I think made a huge difference.
