We did a lot of BRRRRs before, while the market still had inventory, Milwaukee has gotten so competitive that buying distressed makes typically not much sense at the moment and we buy basically move in ready properties.I would rank selling real estate before flipping, just a better return on your time and energy.

Same goes for communities like Meridanville and Moores Mill, which are located 10 miles north and northeast of downtown Huntsville, respectively.In any case, you’d be buying in more affordable suburbs/towns that are still close enough to Huntsville to benefit from the economic and industry tailwinds you mentioned.
