Looking at some vacation rentals on the golf course in Eagle Ridge in Galena, ILIs anyone familiar or had any luck with vacation rentals up there?   

We have a ready-to-rent SFH in Saddle Rock Ridge area of Aurora (Near Southlands Mall). 

At the bare minimum you need a safety harness, ascender/descender or Rope Grab, need to know how to use and wear it properly, need to have a second person capable of reaching and assisting you if you DO get fall arrested and happen to go off the roof, and you need permanently mounted roof ridge anchors.

North of the river look to Norwood, Westwood, Pleasant Ridge, Kennedy Heights, Golf Manor, Mount Washington, Northside...Best is to just start driving around and look at what is on the MLS.  

Also East Ridge, TN. 

We are looking at some 2 Bedroom Condos at the Snow Ridge Resort, Jack Frost, Lake Hamony PA as a investment income propety and at times escape for us.

I have been looking at the Forgotten Coast, Emerald Coast, Blue Ridge, Smokies, and Branson.Open to all locations.
