Snow Ridge Jack Frost, Lake Harmony PA Expected Rentals

We are looking at some 2 Bedroom Condos at the Snow Ridge Resort, Jack Frost, Lake Hamony PA as a investment income propety and at times escape for us. However, first we need some verification as to the expected number of rental days in an Average Year. Rental Income to cover expenses (HOA, Taxes, Insurance, Utilities etc outside of P&I needs to covered) and appreciation is secondary. Thanks in advance.
