One of the major influences in this program's design was the 500 pg. book that the author of the above report wrote, examining a couple of hundred TDR programs down to the DNA level, so that says a lot about actually understanding what you're doing before leaping into virgin territory.

PG County and the out lying areas are more economically sensitive than some of the areas like DC proper, Montgomery, Howard, Fairfax and Arlington Counties, so you could see price drops in PG county, perhaps a slow to development to things EOTR.
