Hello,I was wondering, for New Jersey,  how much I must look for rental applicant's yearly gross income for rent affrdability.

We don't get paid unless the loan closes.I would be careful with a lender that charges anything but third-party fees. 

But I've watched a lot of cases carefully & studied enough of the law now to know there are ways to fight it in court.
