Decatur is becoming a hot spot and some of the South West areas near the new stadium.

Im talking about Lee County or Collier county in Southwest Florida.

Right now on my rentals in west end and south west atlanta I have a water bills over $2600 on 4 of my 6 rentals.  

Born and raised in Southwest Florida.

Then I'd buy my own plane ticket (Southwest has flights for pretty cheap, plus they always have a sale going) pay for my own hotel and my own car rental (autoslash.com allows you to choose a car, then they continue to search the prices so they can find you the best deal.

As for Chi, just 8 hours down 65 or a cheap 90 minute southwest/American/united flight.
