What kind of spread are y'all looking for? I know I will get different answers, but I'd like to know kind of what I'm looking for for the typical end buyer... If you could also tell me where you're looking to buy and any other pertinent info that would be great too... Not advertising, just trying to get as much info into the market as I can.
