Looking into buy and hold or BRRR mostly, but just trying to soak up any knowledge I can get.

Our sink leaked ONCE and the laminate soaked it all up and was ruined. 

The operating costs soak up too much of the revenue and they can be hard to sell.

I also appreciate the overwhelming help with guides and advise that has been given to me by you all, I am in the process of reading, taking notes and trying to soak in as much as I can.
