Hello All,

My name is Adam Schellhammer and I stumbled across the biggerpockets podcast when I was researching real estate investing resources. I am just starting out in this venture and I am leaning towards the buy and hold niche. I am looking forward to learning the business and becoming part of the biggerpockets community!
