That didn't work out so well.Then I wanted to be a rock star, but I couldn't sing.  

I need to crunch the numbers a little more....here in FL a singe story, ground floor unit is attractive  to seniors so in that regard it may rent easily (in theory).  

City, County, a utility, the Corps of Engineers, State management, they all don't sing from the same sheet of music either.

I have a Pay-Pal account and would advise you to sing up for one as well, as this is the method I would prefer transferring funds after the deal(s) closes.

Like most people, my big goal is to develop enough mailbox money to cover my expenses -- but for starters, just getting a first place with positive cash flow seems so daunting...I'm a lawyer working in the oil business (Houston, duh) and I like photography and playing guitar and singing (poorly). 

If not see if the park will wipe the lean if you sing a long term contract to keep the home in the park for X amount of years.

One quick tip, (sings "quickk tippp", lol if you listen to the podcasts you'll get that one) is to have something to write things down when listening to the podcast.

Our original marketing strategy was just a sing in the yard which brought in a lot of traffic but we have upped our game and have listed our rental on Craigslist, Zillow, and Zumper.

Family member just bought a house as a primary residence from the bank (less than a month ago) , signed bunch of addendum saying it is his house and it will be a primary residence , due to health issues he will be moving out of the country and offered me to buy the place ,   here is a catch ,   he singed docs saying that he has to move i withing 3 months and then live there for a year or there are huge fines.
