This has put many mold inspectors out of business except those that continue to be hired by terrified tenants and, seeing big dollar signs, rip them off with outrageously expensive inspection reports.Landlords need to remain calm regarding this entire business and for heavens sake, DON'T call it mold.

And they might dig (mine would if I had a yard) and make it difficult to keep a lawn green because of urine, and the owner might not be great about cleaning up the poo, or might think just mowing it is a great idea, which of course, stinks to high heaven and it's not the greatest fertilizer for the lawn, either...So, even great dogs and great dog owners will do more damage than a tenant without one.Is that worth more rent?

Post pics ASAP but, unless you've got a self-imposed deadline that you'll move heaven and earth to meet (which is what I did), give yourself plenty of time before you open your calendar for reservations.
