I really love the idea of doing seller financing and have scoured Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and more, hoping to find something open to owner financing.

Prior to getting my license, I scoured Zillow trying to find deals, looked through way too many public record websites to track down homeowners, and wasted a lot of time trying to find an agent that was available to show me homes when it was most convenient for me.  

I have scoured the Austin LDC regs but cannot find anything that says ADUs cannot be constructed in the front yard.

There are plenty of buyers who are not scouring the MLS every day and who rely on their agent to bring properties to their attention. 

There’s still some deals left but have to keep scouring….
