First, for a rental, should we just go with very basic cabinetry, perhaps from IKEA or is there anything particular we should watch out for or look to get?

I have been doing lots of research on real estate investing this year, reading many books, watching videos, listening to podcasts, and scouring bigger pockets for information.

I've watched a similar development fill up within the last year.  

Read up, tune into talks, and watch online classes about different methods in investing, deal checks, finance options, and taking care of property.

I'm a member of the Apt Assoc of South Central WI in Madison and know they too were watching those cases closely as well and will look into the RPAWI.  

From here I found a two neighborhoods where I thought I would likely find cash flowing properties.In these two neighborhoods I watched every house for what it was listed for rent, how long it took to rent and what houses sold for.

I've watched a ton of BP podcasts and videos but I'm brand new to the forum.My long story short is that my wife and I had our second baby on the way and although our rent arrangement is very favorable, we needed to upgrade for more space.

I watched the webinar also and was curious about their operation vs other turnkey companies out there.
