I apologize for the clickbait, but it does encapsulate my anxiety. 

I’ve been seeing a therapist and psychologist about my adhd and autism and anxiety since long before the pandemic.

You cannot deny someone with an SA.Emotional Support Amimals - any animals that is prescribed by a LMHP to ease anxiety of it's owner. 

It wasn't a big deal, just a bit of an annoyance accompanied with some anxiety on my part as it was my first Section 8 deal and I had no clue how it was going to work.The tenant is not in the habit of calling for repairs, based on how she was treated by her last landlord.  

If there is any damage, such as a scratched door from a dog with separation anxiety (which is common), then you will have extra funds to repair this.

I am learning that having a plan and multiple exit strategies will eliminate a lot of anxiety  and apprehension when it comes to  making a decision to purchase internationally or period for that matter.  

I view a lot of annoying guest behavior before the arrival as anxiety and annoying behavior afterwards as bad anxiety or arrogance and feeling they are special.

You are at risk of making the wrong decision at the wrong time, forcing you to hold longer than you need to or sell for a loss.You are at risk taking advice from someone who hasn't seen the unforeseen circumstances that can occur, creating stress and anxiety. 

Waiting isn’t a bad thing and TRUST ME, the anxiety within analysis paralysis is nothing compared to the stress, anxiety, regret and anger of getting into a less than ideal situation and feeling stuck in your first deal.

Perhaps it runs more on the fine line of excitement / anxiety.
