Riverside has taken off but it took many years to build momentum. 

It would be a step process prioritizing the immediate income generating activities to create momentum and profit to startup the others.

Now that I am starting to gather momentum in investing as well as my professional career, I feel as though I am getting close to the point where I am going to have to start thinking about a LLC or something similar. 

My thought is that the best time to catch a wave is when it is as its gaining momentum and I think that is where Chattanooga is right now.

This is the second win against them and it is gaining momentum, from speaking to my insurance rep they aren’t covered if a dangerous breed. 

The situation could potentially create enough momentum that the feared eviction tidal wave would finally force thousands of Americans out onto the streets.

It takes most people 6 months as an agent to build momentum so don’t jump into that full time without another job.

Especially after losing my career and industry to the pandemic, this has been a welcome source of positive mental momentum (Thanks BP!). 

I can see how just getting started will you give you momentum, even with financing deals (cash-flow can be saved, HELOC will become available, experience, etc.).Any and all advice on navigating through this would be great.
