Up and Coming Chicagoland Neighborhood

Posted

I am a licensed agent who focuses on residential leasing. I want to start investing in real estate. I listen to the podcast / read all the books, but I am ready (finally) to make real moves. Anyone have an agent I could connect with and talk about my plan in more details. Thank you in advance.

@Robert Hillier II Congrats on the momentum to make some real moves and give us some meat on what you are looking for so we can connect you with the right agent. Are you looking for a 2 flat in Aurora or 4 flat in Rogers Park or SFH in Tinley? I think you want an investor friendly agent but even investor friendly agents will have areas and asset types they are stronger then in other areas.

Look forward to hearing from you on this!
