@Eric CanningBackground: My wife and I are Airbnb superhosts with a few properties in the Poconos.We’ve had our share of troubling guests: - People who blast music at 2 AM and wake up the neighbors (our units are in an HOA so security is dispatched immediately)- People who don’t know how to operate a grill and nearly burn down a portion of deck railing- Late checkouts - Bacon grease on the walls, or crayons, or both- Clear evidence of weed and cigarettes being smoked inside the property (we have a strict, no-smoking rule)- Planters thrown from the deck two stories down, and lamps broken (same guest for both) - Holes in walls that obviously look like they came from a boot (drunken)I’m telling you this because we have opted not to review any of these guests negatively; rather, we don’t review them at all.

@Rafael Ramon I do not, but in a pre Covid world I travel to CA a lot and also attend music festivals like Coachella.

Party all night, play loud music, literally go bowling on the floor above them, do all your farting in the common areas, get a small dog that never stops barking, etc.

@Melody Rault, i found a better deal with a bank i have used in past for other rentals financed. i liked Better.com where i can watch the rates daily, instead of calling/emailing my lender to check, however, they charged more points to do a cashout refi.

But things took a turn and the tenant started blasting music during the day to annoy/punish the upstairs neighbor, which turned into the other neighbor doing same, then cops getting involved 3x in one month...

@Melody GerigThe address that you normally list on the front page of your tax return is your mailing address.This is where future letters/notices from the IRS will go.This is the same address where checks/refunds will go if you did not request direct deposit.It does not mean that you live at that address.
