Wondering if I could bribe the homeless guys panhandling at the intersections to wear my shirts : )

...you can't put anything in the trunk of your car or SUV because its filled with bandit signs....you are up @ 4 am putting out bandit signs....you drive by an intersection and think "why is my bandit sign not here?"...

If I were gonna give bandit signs another try, I heard that making sure you putting them in a high cash sales area is good and aside from intersections, try putting them on long stretches of road that is 40 mph and under.

I put 12 signs out by busy intersections in a targeted zip code and haven't gotten any calls yet.  

in the initial thread in April, I mentioned that I drove by the intersection and my eyes saw dollar signs when I noticed that 10 hazmat suits were going in and out of that house.

Any recommendations on these neighborhoods in the western side of Philly:- Intersection of Cedar and 60th (Cobbs Creek Pkwy/Christian St neighborhood)- Intersection of Baltimore Ave and 56th (Angora)The neighborhood in northern side of Philly is intersection of Wister St and Chetten Ave.Thank you very much for taking time to help me.

They are advertising a cap rate of 4%This is a small corner on a busy intersection in the middle of town. 

(close to major streets/intersections,  what is driving the micro economy in that area, visability, etc...). 

In terms of decent rent/sale price ratio, I like the Parkway estates area near the intersection of Byrd Spring Road SW and S Memorial Parkway.

There is a great site in Avondale near Gateway Pavilions and the intersection I-10 and 101 but I can't get the city of Avondale to approve an extended stay property.
