Hi Yinon, Most DSCR lenders will not typically require you to have a lease in place if the property was recently renovated or purchased.

Nobody who has been purchasing section 8 rentals for 2 years and doesn't understand the costs associated with operating these assets sustainably has any business investing other's money.

If I act as my own realtor and end up purchasing a property and receive a commission does the broker I'm affiliated with get a piece of that?

Purchasing real estate is capital intensive.
