Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $255,000
Cash invested: $51,000

Second property, bought soon after the first multi-family. Was fortunate, due to savings throughout military deployments to appropriately save and fund two properties back to back. Rates were still extremely low, which made both properties extremely lucrative with cash flow.
