It basically means - just because there is a “policy” - let’s not forget basic human decency during periods of turmoil.

(Duh, I obtain my land inventory from Bank REOs, Habitat for Humanity, "motivated sellers", etc. - closing with title insurance!

The advice I have been given is be human first and landlord / PM second.

I can't speak for every situation, but remember to first humanize before doing anything.

Eventually, the doctors will have an antidote or immunization and human race will build a tolerance to COVID-19. 

Human nature is funny this way, we forget quickly and get used to new circumstances fast.
