the victim notification system is woefully inadequate in most regards so any new info would help (from the horses moth so to speak!).

My mtn neighbor has 5 varied tiny homes tucked away on her property that is zoned for horses in the Santa Crz Mtns.  

He has other problems.Now, if he was given the keys, he has possession which is a horse of a different color, then I'd agree with Wayne.

If an insurance inspector saw our MH, it would seem obvious that we're rehabbing it, but then again some rehab projects stall ... and our MH is indeed vacant right now.

Could the calculator be akin to putting the  cart in front of the horse...?!

Now on the other hand if you are working him as a work horse and not actually closing on deals, well the folly may be on your shoulders.

I am by no means trying to put the cart before the preverbial horse, but am looking to my future from the beginning of my career.My thinking is this...Eventually I will get my first MFH or SFR and want to immediately roll into the next deal (thinking positive!).
