Could anyone enlighten me on some options?

Looking forward to any shocking advice you can give from your well grounded expertise and enlighten us all since most of us are a little short on this topic!

I have nothing to sell other than my Knowledge of the area growing up in the Cleveland and the experience of investing there from a long distance.I think it could be enlightening to hear from other people in the same long distance investing situation and find out what has worked and what didnât with their investments.

I vehemently agree that while this may be a challenging first acquisition, it will surely be an enlightening one.
