So to get information from the guy how to set the contracts etc. it can cost you from 4K to 10K for get coached from him.So since I already informed myself a lot about wholesaling and had also some online coaching I just need to know hot to set the contracts and to look after a title company in Germany, then I’m ready to go, cause I’m not afraid of cold calling or approaching peoples ☺️.

They make it sound the easiest thing in the world while constantly and subtly selling you on further coaching..

I am a new wholesaler and am looking into the the Affordable Real Estate Coaching Program by Ben Wilson and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the program?

During the day I am a middle school teacher and basketball coach.  

Get a good mentor or coach (don't go out and pay 20-50k for one) who can advise you and tell you how he/she has been successful.
