If the daycare is the route you want to go maybe brainstorm complimentary businesses for that daycare?

@Deborah Repaskey brainstorm different creative financing ideas to use OPM (there are a lot) and see if the seller is interested in any of them.

I would go look at the smallest W/D units available, get the dimensions and figure out where all your existing drain lines are then brainstorm the best location based on those things, sounds like what you’re doing already just hard to say without seeing your layout.

My youngest daughter wanted to bake cookies for the guests (we haven’t done that), wedding parties, makeup such as Mary Kay or Monat offerings, as some of our brainstorming.

I’m more or less brainstorming my next move.
