From London (UK) to Toronto

Hi all, just thought Id drop a quick intro. 

I just found the forums and have to say it seems to be a wealth of knowledge. Ive just moved to Toronto from London (UK). I have done a number of properties in the UK as a kind of stressful hobby whilst doing my day job. I would like to move in to full time development in Toronto. Im finding the markets similar but the process and legalities hugely different. 

Expect to see many questions from me in the near future.
