What it means is that more landlords will be breaking the law knowingly or unknowingly in most cases.In our jurisdiction because the regulations are so tenant friendly operating and protecting our business interests make it almost impossible not to bend the law to the limits.

So I have finished pouring over the Q4 sales research for the South Bend area.

Can anyone recommend a good real estate attorney in the South Bend, IN-Indianapolis, IN area that has experience with breach of contract cases?

I have family in Kansas City/Leavenworth, Memphis, and South Bend/Elkhart, so these areas would interest me the most, but I'm really open to anything right now (Des Moines and surrounding cities like Ames and Iowa City come to mind).I've never flipped a home, but I've built two custom homes (that were my primary residences) with a GC and have performed most construction/finishing tasks (e.g. framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, trimming, painting, etc) on my basements.

My markets are South Bend Indiana, Niles Michigan, and Berrien County Michigan.

Elsewhere however, regulators are going to clamp down and it'll be pretty easy to find anyone trying to bend the rules, i.e. via simply searching the most popular listing sites like AirBnB, HomeAway, and VRBO. 

We have also done very well in other Broward locations such as sailboat bend, Hollywood, and other parts of Fort Lauderdale.
