I said no problem as long as he fills out the application and is added to the lease; HOWEVER, when the application came back he has two prior evictions, bad credit, and drug and domestic battery offenses. 

Pretty handy.My only complaint is the battery life, but for most android devices it is a part of life.

But being a pilot and being real keen on the 787  and knowing what would happen once the battery issue got sorted out.. that was not a big leap for me.then Mercedes Volvo and Charleston being a destination for many.. it seemed logical to mewhen you land at the airport and see 30 787 lined up you get a good feel someone has to build those suckers.

Post emergency phone numbers, provide fire extinguishers, check the batteries in the smoke alarms frequently (they are the first to go) and get a good insurance guy/policy.

Granted, I have the key to the deadbolt in the garage just in case the battery goes.

I hardly ever touch door locks other than set some one time codes for a contractor or change the batteries.

I manage remotely from another state, so I also have a lockbox with a house key at my STR in case the Schlage battery dies, wifi goes out, or it stops working for whatever reason. 

Domestic calls, battery etc.Also on the repairs....if you haven't found a solid handyman skilled in pretty much all trades Id really make an effort to do so.
